looking to relocate farther south in oc near mission viejo, for school. i'm 44, looking for a room (or living room with partitions) to sleep and study in. i'm clean, organized and courteous to my roommates/housemates. my needs are: in-home laundry which i don't do a ton of, just need to not need the laundromat. parking-just a decent place to keep the car overnight. wifi - for school wifi is necessary. i'm a former mtg banker going into nursing. i can even keep your entire house vacuumed/picked-up for some rent $ knocked off the total. but if not then it's okay since i've never been late with rent. i don't own a lot of items so i would not be cluttery either. i have no pets, i don't smoke at all and i'm quiet when i'm home. typically i'd be gone from the home most of the time and when i am home, i prepare the next day's food, wash up, hit the hay or stay up and study. i don't play loud music. when i leave, i'm quiet too. i don't waste water. thank you for checking my profile out.
