room for rent in condo, perfect for student or someone that's always on the go. quiet area, set up against the canyon, walking trails, and right on golf course. you can literally step out of the front door, walk 5 steps and you're on the fairway of the 2nd hole at azusa greens golf course. the area is very safe, neighbors are friendly, plenty of street parking. we have a laundry room that's attached to the building, so doing laundry is super easy. condo is located very close to shopping, freeways, and a 5minute drive to azusa pacific university, 7 minute drive to citrus college.we are a couple that's very normal and down to earth. we are clean, neat, and mind our own business....no drama allowed here!
share a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom condo with us. we can furnish the room with a almost brand new queen bed or you can furnish yourself. place comes with free wi-fi. we're not big on tv, so we currently have no cable service...(we love netflix though.)
you can have full access to kitchen if you like to cook. we both love to cook so we'd be more than happy to cook for an extra person. probably wouldn't be a good match if you have an animal friend. we have 2 small, well behaved dogs that are well mannered, house broken, and crate trained. they do not have free range of the condo. if youre a smoker, we just ask that you smoke outside...(unless it smells really good...lol)
