looking for a female roommate to share my 3br house located in the quiet neighborhood in san mateo near 101/92.

the good sized room comes furnished with a bed and dresser as well as a built-in closet space. the room is located on the main floor, with plenty of sunlight during the daytime. you have access to a full bathroom that may be occasionally shared ( i have my own). there are hardwood floors throughout the house.

you can share the kitchen for light cooking, dining room, living room and the backyard space with me and my spaniel, who is very friendly.

the hillsdale shopping center and the hillsdale station on caltrain are both about 20mins walk away from our house. a greenbelt along the canal is just minutes away.

doggy and i are laid-back, easy-going, and friendly.
we are looking for a responsible drama-free roommate. no smokers please.
both a short-term stay (a few months-- projects, interns) or longer-term stays welcome.

the room is currently available for a move-in.
