i have a beautiful room, fully furnished with full size bed, for rent in beautiful quiet home off sky ranch (rd 632) on 1.25 acres with great views. view from bedroom is to property and can see top of deadwood mountain. from this home you can also see the forest. ...includes full use of kitchen and living areas, includes satellite television, wifi internet, laundry and all toiletries as well for $500.00 per month. this again, is all inclusive except for your food and transportation which you must supply. there is a deposit required as well.
your new home is approximately an 8 minute drive from center of oakhurst.
i am looking for an individual who is conscious of their cleanliness and personable. must have your own transportation. i am open to renting to a college student, someone who is retired or working. the only income requirement i have is that you have dependable and steady income.
