hello. i am the property manager/tenant of a county house in madera. i currently have 1 roommate & i have 1 additional room available for rent. the cost to rent the room is $400 + utilities. the room is available now.
the house is located on a winery, and it is 10 minutes from riverpark in fresno & 5 minutes from both the 41 and 99 freeways. the house has a pool, plenty of private parking, a very nice kitchen, and the main portion of the house is large & fully furnished. the bedroom will have to be furnished by the tenant. i do have an extra single bed if desired. the house also has a washer & dryer, garden area and a chicken-coop.
i am looking for a roommate that is astute with bill payment, trustworthy, relatively quiet and clean. i do not have a male or female preference, and i am looking for ages from 20 to 35. this is a good situation for young professionals/professionals and students.
