we are looking for an individual (non couple/family) to rent a room (long term not temporary) in our home in fairfield. there are currently three other roommates, you would have your own room and share the restroom with two of the roommates. you'd have access to the kitchen, washer and dryer, wifi, storage in the garage and a nice sized backyard, which is currently being redone.

rent is $450/mo (first & last month) + $300 deposit, all utilities included. ($1200 due aug 1st)

we would like to know more about you and i'm sure you would like to know more about us. we are all working professionals with various schedules. so the house is pretty quite most of the time. we respect each other space but we are all very friendly. we are all gay males but our friendships are strictly platonic. we are open to a straight or lgbtq roommate and hope you are as well. the house has a clean and relaxed atmosphere. a few of the roommates have their cannabis cards, but they keep that in their own rooms. one roommate has two small dogs that come and go with him that are rarely left alone at the house.
