hello! my name is matt and i currently have 3 rooms available in my 4 room house. it is located in brea just one exit away from the mall and downtown off the 57 freeway. it has a patio, washer/dryer, dishwasher (because washing by hand sucks!), and i just replaced all the carpets upstairs and put in wood downstairs. and for those hot days...i have ac and there is a community pool less than 2 minutes walking :) i am 23 and work in manhattan beach on the f-35 fighter jet program. i enjoy working out, going out, and watching lots of sports. as a 2 sport college athlete you could say i'm a sports nut :p please let me know if you are at all interested and i will get back to you asap! thank you for your time and happy hunting!
